The master of the erotic, Cecil Howard, has gathered together an all-star cast to ring in the new year, from San Francisco to New York, in the most pleasurable ways imaginable. Show business hopeful Brandy (Samantha Fox) enlists the aid of babysitter Erin (Sandra Hillman) so she can make a splash on-stage, defying the odds against sarcastic musician Ross (David Morris).
