Refunds
You have 30 days to return any items. Please contact us before returning an item.

If the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault or if we sent you the wrong item, we will refund postage costs upon the receipt of the returned item.

If you have changed your mind, we will only refund a returned item if it is still sealed and in the original condition. In such a situation, you will cover all postage costs and we will only refund the item’s cost.

Regardless of the situation, you will receive the refund only when we have received the returned item.

Delivery
We deliver to any address in Australia.

We will never deliver to an address outside of Australia.

Regular post will always be free.

Express or registered post will cost extra (detailed in the checkout system).

All items will be despatched within 1-2 days of purchase. Regular post usually takes 2-7 days to arrive.

We will protect your items with the finest bubble-wrap in the shop.

Buying online
We use STRIPE technology to process all sales and protect your information.

Your credit card details are not stored on our site and are provided to our sales software by STRIPE.

We will never have access to your card or banking details.
